Bug with Knowledge Nature skill

I have a Ranger with 5 ranks of Knowledge Nature, but the +2 synergy bonus to the Survival skill is not being applied. Not sure if this is a bug as the bonus only applies to above ground Survival checks.

The reverse synergy of 5 ranks in Survival getting a +2 bonus to Knowledge Nature is working, which does lead me to believe there may be a problem.

That is because it is a conditional bonus. The +2 bonus only applies if he is in an aboveground natural environment. If he is in a cave or dungeon he does not get this bonus.
