@Sendric
To reproduce the issue, create a custom magic weapon or armor. You don't have to add any magical traits (+'s, enchantments, ect). So long as the item is in your inv, the stage is set. When you select the hammer/wrench button to add/modify the magic item. After adding/modifying the item and the amount is changed, when I push the "Set" button, the bug is set. When you equip (or de-equip) the item, a bug window pops up. The window reads "Attempt to access transaction pick from script when no transaction context exists" four times (separated with three dashes). No gold has been taken out of (or given to) the character's file.
Rapidstrike and Improved Rapidstrike doesn't add in attacks to the natural weapons. Tested on numerous races with the same outcome.

What are they and where are they from?
There is no issue when I am loading the d20 system. I am wondering if it may be this particular portfolio that is having an issue.
Both Rapidstrike and Impr. Rapidstrike are Feats from "Draconomicon".
- Item is called Chahar-Aina (misspelled as Cahar-Aina)
- Chahar-Aina throws a "Too many armour items equipped" error when equipped in normal form, but applies AC bonus correctly (Currently have +1 Mithral Chain Shirt equipped as primary armour item)
- Dastana throws a "Too many armour items equipped" error when equipped in normal form, and does not apply AC bonus
- Neither item when equipped in Masterwork form applies AC bonus. Both throw the "Too many armour items equipped" code.
Anything that checks for the User.Smite tag comes up empty, even if you have something that has it. (ex. Extra Smite feat still comes up with an error, even if you have a smite ability)
Also noticed while testing additions to the Magic of Incarnum file: the Waist chakra doesn't recognize the Strongheart Vest for Soulborns
Might be a timing issue. Do you have any examples I can look at?
The spell Greater Mage Armor has vanished from the spell lists of both the Wizard and Sorcerer.
