This drawback doesn't appear to be working right. Per its description it is suppose to lower a pet/minion/sidekick's opinion of your hero and add points. It does so at:

Indifferent: Pet Rank x1 (max 1/2 pet ranks in powers and feats)
Unfreindly: Pet Rank x2 (max 2/3 pet ranks in powers and feats)
Hostile: Pet Rank x3 (max 3/4 pet ranks in powers and feats)

Right now the current version uses the standard rules for drawbacks.

I'll take a look at it when I get home. The pet feats are all a bit messy because they're more or less taking the extant structure on Minion and Summon and trying to make it part of the Feats section. From a technical standpoint, the best solution would be to build Pets in general as powers. However, that would mean they'd be outside of the Feats section.
 
Well it should probably be made friendly also to minion and sidekick as they perform similar functions. I found this bug when I was trying to make an intelligent sword with an unfriendly attitude so it would might attempt to resist its powers being used or corrupt things.
