Once we receive your bug report, we'll investigate it and get back to you via email within three (3) business days.
I have reported a good handful of bugs, but never once have I received any emails from someone getting back to me about the bug. There could be many reasons for this.
Maybe there is a bug in a system regarding the emails or feedback process. I dont know how that works, but emails are not coming out. Or maybe you are just too busy working on the bugs, so there is no time to get back to people... in that case i suggest removing the text promising to get back within 3 business days.
It is not really that I have a strong need to receive a reply to my bug reports, as I only do it to try help improve the product, but not getting expected reply back (when promised on the form page) makes me worry if you are even receiving my bug reports in the first place.
