Bug or Ruleset Issue?

I have created a level 1 Tiefling Alchemist for a home game and Hero Lab isdoing some odd math I'll list out everything in hopes to understand why it is doing this.

Level: 1 Alchemist - HP 8
Favored Bonus +1/2 Bomb Damage

Tiefling Abilities: Mage Hand

Heritages: (None, will explain further down)

Ability Scores (After modifiers)
str 18
dex 20
con 17
int 20
wis 16
cha 14

Skill Points:
Craft Alchemy
Disable Device
Know Arcana
Know Nature
Perception
Sense motive
Spellcraft
Stealth
Use Magical Device

Feats:
Point Blank Shot

Traits:
Accelerated Drinker
Dump Salvager

The Problem - Heritages: The modifiers and penalties are not adding in correctly

Example: By adding the Devil-Spawn Tiefling heritage (+2 Con, +2 Wis, -2 Cha) my ability scores change to this: Changes are in the ()

Str 18 (0)
Dex 18 (-2)
Con 19 (+1)
Int 18 (-2)
Wis 18 (+2)
Cha 14 (0)

And it is a similar result when using any of the heritages. Is this a bug or is there a ruleset I'm not understanding that is causing this? I'm still somewhat new to Pathfinder and Hero Lab so please understand I might not fully understand the rules.

Thanks for the help.

Base tieflings get +2 DEX, +2 INT, -2 CHA.

The Devil-Spawn Heritage replaces those with +2 CON, +2 WIS, -2 CHA, so when you add the heritage, those bonuses that have already been applied get removed. So, the net changes for adding the devil-spawn heritage are:

+2 DEX, -2 CON, -2 INT, +2 WIS

Which is what you're reporting.

Ok that makes sense, I wish it was better noted that the Heritage will be replacing the original racial modifiers to help avoid this confusion.

Thanks again!
