bug in storm of chaos dwarf slayer list?

Hi,

I tried making a slayer list with Ungrim Ironfist, but he can't be selected as the general, and thus the validation rules for the roster are not satisfied. I hope this may be attributed to my own incompetence, but may this be a bug?
