Bug fix for highest leadership on general not fixed.

I have the latest Warhammer 7th edition data files loaded (Warhammer Fantasy (v6.7) <V3.0) 15-Oct-2009). Specifically for the Empire, when I create a 1,000 point list and add a Battle Wizard and make him the general, then add a captain and make him a battle standard bearer, I get a validation error on the Battle Wizard. This should not happen as by the rules, the bsb cannot be the general, leaving the wizard as the only option.

I know this is listed as being fixed in the bug thread for the main data files, but it's still a problem for the Empire.
