The Virtue of the Penitent is currently apparently an "invalid option" for a Paladin. In addition if taking the virtue and a morning star (a non-magic item) a report says that the paladin may not take a magical and a mundane weapon. This shouldn't happen; its a virtue and a mundane weapon.
