Both handed dervish dance +2 bonus damage - Bug?

I'm not understanding why both handed is showing +8 damage for a dervish dance blackblade(scimitar) magus in the attached PDF? I was also under the impression that Dervish Dance required a free hand and thus if I was wielding this weapon both handed I'd lose the dex to damage bonus?

"When wielding a scimitar with one hand" is the feat description.
