Blood Angels Veteran Assault Squad Problem.

The Blood Angel codex states that if a Veteran Assault Squad is lead
by a Veteran Sergeant that the rest of the squad can take Terminator
Honours at +10 pts per model.

ArmyBuilder doesn't give you that option for the Veteran Assault
Squad, it does for the Veteran squad though.

That'll be fixed in the next version.
