Blood Angel Honour Guard Error?

When I take a Blood Angel/Flesh Tearer Honour Guard and give the
Techmarine, Sanguinary Priest, or Standard Bearer the bolt pistol/ccw
option, it still allows me to take another two single-handed weapons,
such as a plasma pistol and power sword, or even another bolt pistol
and ccw. The roster now says the character has 1/3 attacks. No
validation warning comes up either. This doesn't happen with normal
vanilla marines though.

That's a bug; it'll be fixed in the next version. :(
