Black Blade adjustments

So the Black Blade has been added to the files at long last. Does anyone know where I can find the item to edit it for custom house rules? In my current game I have a heirloom weapon that was passed down that is keen and has several more of the intelligent item powers. I can not find the item that gets auto added to the character to correct it. Thanks!

When configuring the Hero, go to House Rules, and then check "Allow Powers for Fixed Power Items"
