Beastmen Gernral HELP PLEASE

You need to set it to the proper subtype of army... When you choose to create a new roster (File -> New Roster), select Chaos from the drop down list, then click on the checkbox below Restricted to _ points.

This will pop up another box where you'll change from Mortal army to Beast army variant.
