Background traits not appearing under Feats

I've got the Ultimate Campaign package, and most of it seems to be working as expected.

On the other hand, none of the character background traits (from Chapter 1) are showing up under the Feats tab, where I would expect them. I can't find them anywhere. Is this a known problem? Any solutions?

Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe it was a matter of exiting out of the software and then reloading the portfolio I was trying to build.
