I was out of touch for a few days for Gamestorm and the resulting chaos. Hero Lab was alive and well and being used all over. We held a Savage Saturday Night and had six games going on. I run the RPG department, so I was there for all four days and their aftermath. Plus, I had, shall we say, an *interesting* day Tuesday.

Again, I welcome Mathias to the board and thank him for all his assistance. It's absolutely great to have someone who knows the core program so well helping us out. I'm really glad you're here.

Interesting things at the Con:

A Jenga game made out of 2x4's...
A 13-player X-Wing Miniatures game...
A live-action Robo-Rally game...
A 5-player starship bridge simulator called Artemis...
The Morrow Project 4th Edition Premier game!!!

Hey Caped... so this is yew eh?

Let me say so far I've been quite happy with the HL files for SW. Keep up the good work!

A Jenga game with 2x4s? That should make trying to pull pieces out more than a little... interesting.

I've seen Artemis before and I've been sorely tempted to get it, but I'd probably have to buy it for all of my friends that might enjoy playing it and then I'd have to hope they'd all actually want to play it with any regularity. Meh.

Sounds like you had fun, at least, and it'll be good to have you back watching over our shoulder again!

I witnessed several games of this, actually. It was fascinating to watch. Everyone who went into the area where the tower was located was required to put on a hard hat (several were provided) in case the falling tower were to land on them.

There was also the annual Fallout Equestria game, a crossover between My Little Pony and the post-apocalyptic Fallout video games. Evidently there is a fan series about this that is quite popular as fanwork goes, so someone turned it into a game.

Hiya, Al!!!

Yeah, this is me. After I get the next update out for Savage Worlds, I'm going to finish Slipstream. I finally got Switchable set up for the Super Powers Companion, so I'll get that and a few other fixes out some time in the next couple of weeks.
