Back From a Long Absence

Hi Folks,

I've been incommunicado with this list for a full 3 weeks now. Sorry about
that. I hope I wasn't too badly missed. :-) After a bout with the flu,
going the first few rounds with newly discovered termites in the house, and
a week-plus visit from the in-laws, I'm finally back. So I'll try to get
caught up on outstanding questions that have been in need of an answer
since I went offline.

Sorry again if anyone felt their questions were ignored. My guess is that
most questions were answered by all the other experts on this forum. So
I'll now start addressing the few that received silence.
