Attack Bonus (Melee) Specific Weapon adjustment?

Is there a reason that there is a +5 cap on this or not having the ability to go in to negative values with it??

I am just curious about that and if there is a way to make it so there is no cap or if I can make it so that I can do negative adjustments with it?

I looked for it in the editor but can't seem to find it??

I think that this is from Frumple or Shadowchemosh Game Masters Pack (adjustments) but I could be wrong?

Nope not wrong. Its part of the Community Bestiary and is one of "Frumples" adjustments. You would have to ask him specifically why but my guess is he made it for a specific monster in mind. Hmm could be giving a magical bonus maybe which would hold to the +5 magic rule.

My advice is to go down lower and use "Weapon Attack Bonus" which will allow you to do what you wish.
 
It would.. but that RAISES the other melee attack then which is not feasible. So it has two different melee attacks (bite) and Antenna. I want Antenna up and bite down.

I guess your going to have to give more info. I just used a Rust Monster which has a bite and antenna attack. I then added the adjustment "Weapon Attack Bonus" twice. One adjustment selected the bite and gave a -7 to the bite only attack. The 2nd adjustment selected the Antenna and gave a +8 bonus. The values where correctly displayed on the weapon tab.

So I am not seeing how this would not work.... :confused:
