Army Builder Freezes

Hey guys. I have version 2.2C, and anytime I try to load the 40 K game
system, the program freezes, and I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL just to close
it. I'll choose the 40 K option, and it freezes when it tells me
"loading data files"

Only the tutorial system, and the SEC system work. Can anyone help me?
 
The program will take close to 60 seconds to load the 40K files and it
will appear like it has locked up. Try loading the file and then don't
touch anything for about 2 minutes.

I'm on a 1.4GHZ machine with 256 meg of ram and it takes about 60
seconds for it to load on my machine...so depending on the speed of your
machine, it could take longer or shorter, but give it some time...it's
huge.

Its been happening to me occasionally as well on the 40k Files but not on
any of the other ones. Which suggest to me it is the 40k files at fault or
maybe just the size of the file.
