Army Builder 3.3x?

Does anyone know where to download Army Builder 3.3x?

I have formatted my PC, and my license is not compatible with 3.4x.
(Paid for it about 20 months ago)

I found the page that has all of the information about 3.3x, but the download link is broken, it just takes me to the page for 3.4x.
 
That does not help me.
None of the steps listed solve my issue, and i have contacted support and they have not answered my emails.
 
1. Go to the license administration website at www.lonewolfdevel.com. You'll find links to this site on our main website and on the License menu within the product.

2. Login with your license information.

3. Use the link entitled "View Your License Details".

4. Click on the link provided to download the most recent version of the product that your license offers.
