armor not working

so i used the editor to make custom armor but it is not applying the armor bonus, any one have suggestions or ideas
 
I have seen that happen before. My son made a datafile with armor and it did not work. Then I made one and it did work. It is a very strange bug. My suggestion is to copy some existing armor then modify that copy in the editor.
 
PM me, and I'll set up emailing me the file and I can take a look. Until I can get a file that produces this error it's hard to find and fix.
