ARG - Race Builder Question

Is there (or will there be) any way to save a custom race once you have created it with the normal interface? Yes, I understand that I could go into the editor and create it there, but it seems so much more user-friendly to create your custom race as if you're building a character, then perhaps save that custom race without having to go into the editor.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

As its just a character at that point can't you just save it in a .por file? Name it the name of you race and then when you go to use it import it into your blank/new character and create your new character.

Or at least that all in theory would work pretty well...

ShadowChemosh, thank you. That is one way to do it, yes. However, I was hoping to have a more permanent/elegant solution. I suppose this will have to do for now.

Let me explain how I did it. After you create the race save it not as a .por file but a .stock file. Put it in your data folder with your .user files. I call mine Custom Race.

When you want to create a new custom race just load all the races in your .stock file, click Portfolio and Create New Hero. When done creating the new race save it again as your .stock file

When you want to create a character with one of the races in your .stock file just click on Portfolio then Import Stock Hero and load the race from your .stock file.
