Are Militias implemented?

Lands of Conflict incorporates an extensive section on Militias, a new type of "thing" like a character or a Kingdom that advances from level 1 to 20 (or "Rank" rather than Level for a Militia).

I see the special teams listed under the "Other" tab. But I don't see anything for the Militia in the "Organizations" section of the "Other" tab. Are they not implemented yet?
 
That's unfortunate. I think the basic framework is similar enough that Caravans (from Jade Regent) and Rebellions (from Hell's Rebels) could also be implemented through it. Since we have seen more than one instance of these being central to an Adventure Path, I would not be surprised to see more of them in the future as well.
