Archetypes where you can choose what abilities to replace?

demosthenes777 if I understand what your wanting to do is make a new archetype or add change the abilities of one of the archetypes. All you have to do is open 2 hero labs, open up the editor in both. You then open the archetype that you want to change in one and make a new one in the other and then you copy and paste what you need and change what you want to change in the new one. I think most of the archetypes are locked out. So this is the only way to do it. If I'm wrong, I will stand corrected if there is an easier way to do it. Just trying to help if I can.

jbearwillis is correct, that is the method for copying something from outside the core rulebook.

Unfortunately no progress on this. It's still enough of a bother for only a single archetype that it hasn't risen to the top of the to-do list. In the meantime, you can simply add both archetypes and ignore the validation errors, sorry!
