Archetype and channel energy

I have an cleric archetype that replaces channel energy, but it does it at 3rd level instead of 1st. Ideas on how to implement?
 
Do you mean it moves the ability from one level to another?

If so, find another archetype that changes the level an ability is gained at, without actually replacing it. I remember that there's at least one Monk archetype in the APG that does so. That movement is handled in a script on the archetype.
