Arcane Duelist Archtype

If you search for something like this on d20pfsrd then look at the Section 15 at the very bottom of the page it will list what book. So the Arcane Duelist is listed as from the Advanced Players Guide.
 
Unfortunately I was looking for an Archetype for Wizards (of the same name) which allowed a wizard to choose from 3 effects: up a spell's Save DC by 1, +2 to checks to overcome spell resistance or add +2 morale bonus on attack rolls made with the spell. This may be done a number of times per day equal to the intelligence bonus of the wizard and is a swift action. This replaces the Scribe Scroll feat normally gained at 1st level.

The ability is found in the Gazetteer, and is a favorite of one of my players. If it's not in the current products (and given that it's a 3.5 product I understand it may not be) how would you recommend coding it in HL?
