Arcane Designator and Arcane Background

Hi,

I am looking back into the Rifts Data file after a few errors were highlighted. So one edge(Major Psionic) has a Pick-Reqs that has "Arcane Background: Psionics (Edge)" as the pre-req.

So one of the Iconic Frameworks, Mind Melter we created a arcane background of Mind Melter with the Arcane Designator of Psionics, and bootstrapped it to an edge Arcane Background:Mind Melter that has Arcane Background Psionics selected in the drop down.

So both the arcane designator and the arcane background drop down should be tagging the Mind Melter with the the Arcane Background Psionics Tag. So why does this pre-req script keep flagging it as an error?

So I was able to fix the major psionic issue but it is pretty clumsy, and will have to be edited as newer psionics based IF'S are added.
 
I think I've got a simple solution just using the Psionic AB. I'll upload the file with the revised Mind Melter tomorrow. I'm still wanting to modify a couple of things with the Framework...
