Arcane Armor Training/Mastery Still Not Working?

So I've got my Eldritch Knight in Mithral Full Plate so down to 25% arcane failure but the arcane armor training and mastery feats do nothing?!

I've tried my Search-Fu and allegedly it was fixed in the recent patch yet again ... I'm running the most recent software/patches. Anybody know of a work-around?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Ignore all that I forgot to turn it on in the In Play tab ... Doh! I'd just delete the thread but apparently it's not an option?
