Appendix 2 in Ultimate Equipment - Treasure

If I have the package and it is checked as active, should I be able to find the gems and jewellery listed in Appendix 2 of Ultimate Equipment? If so, where do I look?:)
 
Simple answer - No. Individual gems and jewellery have never been supported in HL. You have two main options if you actually want to track individual unique items:
1. Select a "Custom valuable" item from the top of the gear menu. You can assign a name and value.
2. Create individual gems/jewellery in the editor and assign them gp values.
