Anyone use the marshal auras

So I think it came from Lawful Good's stuff, but the Marshal class with auras work fine for the character in it, but has anyone implemented them as effects?

I would think they should be effects like the bardic music is. Since they are designed to do a whole group. Im thinking of writing them as effects, unless someone else has done this already.
