Any way to add fly speed

I noticed that the feat Greater Eldritch Heritage does not work for adding the flying ability you gain from either air elemental or djinni. Is there any way I can add this myself? I don't see any adjustment for either movement speeds or adding types of movement.
 
Or, report this as a bug in the stickied bug reporting thread at the top if this forum, so we know to fox it.
 
I fixed the poor maneuverability problem. It seems if you have another method to fly it defaults to whatever maneuverability rating it gives. Delete it and it goes back to average like it says in the description.
