Any kind of customer service?

Hi, I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place, but i've run out of options...

Been trying for 3 weeks to get a hold of anyone at Lone Wolf concerning an issue I'm having renewing my license for AB (wich is a great product, as we all know). I've read trough the stickied thread, but found no answer to my problem. Sent 3 emails already, and no one answered... This borders on the unreasonable... 3 weeks and no answer...

Seems like no one answers mails sent to support@wolflair.com ...

Anyone reading this can help before I lose my mind?

I've already been charged on my credit card, just want to be able to use what I paid for...

Have you checked your spam filters? The support queue gets fully processed every 2-3 days. The only questions that don't get a reply are those that clearly don't need one or require investigation by someone (e.g. weird bugs). Anything regarding license issues *always* needs a reply and typically gets priority handling.

Anytime you submit an email to support@wolflair.com, you should receive an automated reply email that acknowledges we got your email. Did you get those? If not, then you've definitely got something blocking emails from us, so any attempts to get back to you are failing to get through.

Please check your spam settings. Many email service providers institute their own spam filtering, so you might have to check this in multiple places (e.g. your email client program, your email provider configuration website, and any anti-spam software you have installed). If you can't find the various emails from us anywhere, make sure that you configure your end to accept all emails from "wolflair.com" (for support) and "lonewolfdevel.com" (for license numbers and receipts). Then send us an email that you haven't gotten any replies and we can actually get the answers through to you.

Please post here what you uncover about the spam filters. Worst case, we can sort the problem out here on the forums, but you need to be careful about posting your license number here. So please include your order number in any post, since we should be able to figure out your license number from that on our end.

I had a similar response. Well, I did get a reply, but it wasn't from my original message and the link that was emailed to me contained no message?.

ie; I had no private message waiting as instructed per the email.

Guess I might pose my question (problem here instead)? Someone might know.

Unfortunately, your description above isn't detailed enough for me to accurately understand what's going on. I'm further confused by the reference to a private message, since we only utilize email for support questions. Please explain in more detail so that I can understand the problem and I'll do my best to help figure out what's going wrong.

Please note that we only have the information you provide to work with. So it's always best to err on the side of providing too many details instead of too few. That helps to avoid us needing to ask you for more info, which gets your problem solved more quickly.

Thank you Rob, just received a mail from Nancy. Apparently, an answer was sent to me 2 weeks ago, so just after my first email. But somehow, I never got it. Probably the spam filters at work... altough it did not register in my spam folder... Big network here.
Anyway, just glad to see you guys did receive my mails after all. Also glad to see that you responded quickly. I honestly can say now that the problem was more likely to have come from my side of things (network).
I apologize for my tone in those last mails, I was under the impression that I was being ignored. So, again my sincere apologies to your CS/support team and I'm glad to be able to use your product again.
