Thank you all for reporting this person, he's now banned.

It looks like the "Report message" option (a triangle with an exclamation mark) at the top right while you're viewing the post is a better way to report spam PMs than posting here. Copying and pasting the cyrillic name that's listed here didn't allow me to find the person in the database of users, but the email that's generated by the "report message" option gives the moderators a direct link to that person's entry in the database, so they're easier to find.
