Animal Companion Help

One of the players in my campaign is a ranger who begged me to be able to use a Snapping Turtle as her animal companion. I purchased the Bestiary 1-3 data package, but am still unable to choose a turtle as companion, it's not in the list of available races. Which data package would I need, or what am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any advice!
 
Snapping Turtle is Bestiary 2. Did you reactivate your license after purchasing? Did you enable the book for that character?
 
Also, in terms of the list, that one's sorted as "Giant Snapping Turtle", so it wouldn't be near the letter "t" for Turtle or "s" for Snapping Turtle in the list, because on pg. 273 of B2, the header for that companion section is "Giant Snapping Turtle Companions".
