I had a discussion thread going on the paizo website about narrow frame that shows up up in the Animal Archive Add on. I added that to my Hero Lab License, but it says that it can't be added to my Paladin War Horse.

The way I read the prerequisites is that you either have to have escape artist or you have to have a level of animal or magical beast. Would the Warhorse qualify under the animal part since it looks like you can't take escape artist on the Warhorse.

I am trying to find out if I have a Hero Lab problem or if this is a problem that i am trying to use the feat incorrectly.
 
By my reading, the comma between "Escape Artist 1 ranks" and "animal or magical beast" seperates them into two different and independant pre-requisites which both must be fulfilled. Thus HL is correctly enforcing things as is.
 
Also, you can take escape artist on your mount. If it is your animal companion then you can just add a rank to escape artist instead of something else. If it is a mundane, purchased warhorse then you can click the "Customize" button on the minion tab, which will remove all default skills and feats so you can reassign them as desired, including shifting a point to escape artist.
 
Wow I totally miss read that and for reason I was thinking that Escape Artist was a feat not a skill which then of course wasn't listed as one of the possible feats. Kind of had my head up my ass on that one.
