Alternate Racial Trait that prevents a Skill use

Background: House ruled Alternate Racial Trait that prevents bonus languages from high INT, disallows Linguistics and prevents learning other languages.

I have worked out most of this, except how to prevent character from taking Linguistics.

Is there a script I could use to delete a skill (opposite of "assign")?
 
I'd recommend an eval rule that complains if you have ranks in that skill. You shouldn't try to delete something the user has added (and you can't do it anyway) - otherwise, if they were just experimenting by adding lots of ARTs, you might drastically alter their skill list, without an explanation of what happened. This way, they see that there's a conflict, and can decide how to correct it - by removing the linguistics ranks or by removing the ART.
