As far as I can tell, when I create an alias a duplicate entry is created and placed into the almanac. The alias is grey in color, but otherwise an exact copy with a different name. I like creating an alias for auto-linking purposes, but it makes my almanac very crowded and long. Is there there an option somewhere that will hide the aliases in the almanac? I like using the almanac for navigation and organization and the aliases are a bother. If there is no way yo do this then I need to move this post over to the features request forum.
 
Click the hammer/wwrench in the almanac category (story or world, whichever you're in) and uncheck "Show Aliases".
 
Yes, it exists (I found it last week), but I can't remember where. If no-one has replied in the time it takes for me to boot up my PC and load RW, I'll let you know.
