Albion Characters and Treasures

I have downloaded all the current files for Warhammer fantasy and Army Builder V3 that I can, However When I click the Allies button and go to Dogs of War i can not find either the truthsayer, Dark emmisary, or Fenbeasts under any army list. Not to mention there are some treasures that your army can buy, when you "hire" them. How can i access the characters and treasures. On a odd note the giants of Albion are present to add to many armies.

What do I need to do to correct this.
