I have all the adventure path's checked, but though the classes are added, several of the monsters are not. Is that a glitch or something I'm doing wrong or did the monsters in AP just get skipped?
 
The HeroLab content for APs is just what a player would need.. so no monsters.
The community has been making the monsters available, however.. check out the community bestiaries.
