Adventure Path npcs

Hi,

So I see in various data packages NPCs from Campaign Guides are included. Where are the NPCs from the various Adventure Paths? I own the Adventure Path Hero Lab data but I never see them included, just the various magic items, rules, spells etc.
Having them in Hero Lab makes it a lot easier to run combats as opposed to looking up each rule listed in their combat blocks on paper.

The Community Bestiary would have (most) everything you need for the various Adventure Paths.

After installing the CB, you'll want to visit the Hero Lab Community Repository at d20pfsrd.com to download the zip files with the portraits for the Adventure Path you need.

When you say "portraits" do you mean "portfolios"?
I downloaded the CB but can't find the NPCs from the AP. I am sure I am confused by the entire process.

The CB alone does not bring you the Portfolios for the AP's.
You need to download also the corresponding package from the site that Corzat linked (Community Repository).

I have the CB install and when i load the reign of winter AP files, i got that message

One or more required sources are not accessible for hero 'Borgher'subsequant error may be the result of this problem...

How can I know what is the missing sources?

In this case your not actually missing "Things" it most likely is not a source worth worrying about.

Sometimes you are missing a source and then you could be missing a feat or piece of equipment. From the above message your not.
