All of the player usable parts of the various APs appear as part of the Pathfinder core bundle, but do the new creatures ever show in any way?
 
Some eventually get added to the Core books in Bestiaries... but not all. The Community Bestiary packages have user-made versions of many. You might want to check that out on D20PFSRD.

What your looking for is the free "Community Bestiary" that covers all the extra monsters and even has encounter .por files done for all APs. Please note to run the CB you must have the following official packages: Advanced Players Guide, Bestiary 1, Bestiary 2, Bestiary 3, Ultimate Combat, and Ultimate Magic

Once installed you can find the encounter .por files as zip files in the "Community Bestiary NPCs" folder on the HL Repository site at d20pfsrd.

If you have players they can install the "Community Player Pack" to get extra missing stuff from the AP's or 3PP AP if your running one. This one requires a CORE license for HL only to run.
 
All sorted, many thanks to you both again, though I did find out the hard way that I didn't actually have Ultimate Combat installed and had to rectify that.

Out of interest, whilst I was looking at the lists of other data sets I spotted "ShadowChemoshAdjustments v2.5", and was wondering what the useful adjustments included in it might be? :)
