Advanced Race Guide features?

Will the Advanced Race Guide be available for Hero Lab when it comes out from Paizo? Will it support the ability to create new races? Am I totally jumping the gun on this?
 
The play test version I created it already as an addon to HL. See THIS post for full details.

I am pretty sure it only requires the CORE package from HL to run it.
 
Yes, we're hoping to release this on the book's release day like we did with the last few major supplements for Pathfinder. And yes, we'll be supporting the ability to create new races. :)
