Advanced Players Package

Bought the Advanced players guide and none of the "rogues" archetypes appear. For monks I can see "Zen Archer" and "Empty Hand Monk" only. Is there something I must do to have archetypes read, or are they not included in APG bundle?

Also make sure that you have the APG source enabled for this character, and you can try switching the filter from "Only valid items" to "Everything" if it isn't there already.
