I used the demo and regularly use the Pathfinder Section. My question here is if I buy the acess for the full version of 5th edition will it have acess to all the reference material currently available such as spells and items from Dragon Heist, Mordenkainen's books and Xanathar's Guide to Everything?
 
Technically, no. The 5th edition package that LW offers only includes the material in the 5E SRD. It's the basic rules and one subclass per class.

The community has created a free 5e Community Pack, which contains the majority of 5e content outside the SRD, including the PHB, DMG, MM, VGtM, and XGtE. We're currently working (slowly) on WGtE, MToF, and GGtR. I don't believe anyone has programmed anything from Dragon Heist.
