Adjustments for Spell Effects

Has anyone created a file that has temporary adjustments or similar tools to apply spell effects. For example, I'd like to be able to apply an adjustment that adds the effects of a Beast Shape I, II, or III spell.

Has anyone here done that kind of work?

Thanks!

That was my understanding, too. It's one thing to create a "spell adjustment" for each size or what have you, but there's also the fact that you gain certain extraordinary abilities based on the creature you choose to become. That's a lot of flexibility for a single spell.

Still, those spells make playing a druid very complicated, especially when the character changes form in the middle of combat. Being able to accomplish the adjustments in just a few clicks would be an amazing benefit.

If you'd like, I'll go ahead and add those to the list on the thread.

The combat states I'll be doing is a separate project from the spells, so they don't belong in the list on that thread.

Proper handling for polymorph spells is going to require something that can look up the properties of a race, and figure out what adjustments need to be made and what extraordinary abilities need to be activated, and I'm afraid that's not something I'll have the time to implement in the near future.

I'd recommend going through the regular adjustments list and picking out those that represent the changes to your stats. Then, you can leave pre-set groups of adjustments on your character for each of your favored forms, and when you change into a gorilla, go through your list of adjustments, looking for all those whose "Source" box you've filled in with "gorilla", and activate all of them. When you're done, just uncheck all of those adjustments. Unfortunately, that can't handle low-light vision, etc., but it's better than nothing.
