Adjusting Intelligent Item Ego

I am creating an intelligent item in the editor bootstrapping the appropriate powers to the gizmo. I almost got it working, but I cannot set the item's ego. What field or tag is the ego value stored in?
 
As well as what powers an item has. The thing is that this item has some custom abilities that, I assume, boost its ego. Come to think of it, if I cannot adjust it directly maybe I can make a Helper power that does that.
