adding weapons

Hi all,
I tried looking at the FAQ's but got lost, I am pretty new to HL and need to add weapons and other minor equipment to my character but am at a loss. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!! :)
 
Weapons are added on the Weapon tab, click the top table for custom/masterwork ones, and the bottom table for mundane weapons.

Gear is added on the gear tab.
