Adding Subclasses

I've looked over the tutorials and the information for adding a new class is there, but what's the best way to go about just adding a subclass to an existing class? If I choose Fighter, lets say I'd like to be able to pick what's already there or a new subclass such as the Eldritch Knight?
 
Yeah, they are covered in Tutorial 3, where you first make a simple class, and then make two simple archetypes for it.
 
In tutorial 3, the step where you are choosing what class to associate the custom special ability with, choose one of the existing classes from that list.
