Adding Skills in Editor

I just got Hero Lab and am trying to build some creatures for my game. I used the tutorials to build a creature, but I don't understand how "bootstrapping" works. I can add a skill, but I can't figure out how to make the die higher than a d4, which seems to be the default.

Any help would be appreciated!

It's usually best to grab examples of creatures to look at for comparison, but all you need to do is on your Bootstrapped skill you'll see there is a "Tag" button. Click on that and the Group id will be "SkillDie" and the Tag id will be half the die you want to set, is all.

If you do a "New (Copy)" for a Creature to pull copy one of the default ones in the game (you can always delete it) and look at the Bootstrapped items there you should see what I mean.
