Adding new Racial custom ability

I have created a new Devil to represent a character. I want to add the Wrack ability from the Hell knight with out any changes as a Racial Special . I tried copying it but Hero lab would not let me it gave me the error this item was copied from a supplement. What would the easiest way to do this.
