Adding house rules to Pathfinder

I'm about to start playing in a new Pathfinder game a friend is running, and I want to use HL to make my character, but the GM has a couple of house rules that alter character creation slightly.

I've managed most of it fine, but I'm stuck on one: He wants us to start with 3 Traits, but HL only allows for 2. I could just ignore the error of course, but I would like to fix it if possible. Is it possible? How would I do it?
 
Personal Tab...Permanent Adjustments table - add the "Traits, Total" adjustment, and then set it to +1.
